Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”) carefully before using this site. By accessing and using this Site  and materials, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the following Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site  or download any materials.

Scope of Terms
These Terms of Use are applicable to the Site, and to any resources and tools provided through the Site, including but not limited to developer tools, download areas, research areas, community forums, chat rooms, blogs, sharing sites and product information.  Hereafter, all the materials covered by these Terms of Use will be referred to as the “Materials.”

We may provide activity or program specific Terms of Service, for example when we provide interactive Materials and/or enable User Generated Content.  If so, to the extent that these Terms do not conflict with the program specific Terms of Service, the Terms herein remain in full force and effect.

Security and Privacy
Personal Data:  Information submitted to the Site is governed according to the Privacy Policy.

Member Account, Password, and Security: The Site may, from time to time, host a program or activity specific site that may require you to establish a member account and/or site password.   In such cases, you are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account. The web site VirtualizationConversation.com (“Site”) is a joint website of Intel Corporation (“Intel”) and IBM Corporation (“IBM”), who are committed to protecting the privacy of information you provide to this site. Each of us will manage information that you submit according to our separate privacy policies.  This Statement of Privacy governs Intel’s collection and usage of personal data through this Site. This Statement of Privacy does not apply to other Intel sites, products, or services.

By using this Site, you consent to the collection and use of the information and data as described here. If we decide to change this privacy policy, we will post the changes on this page so that you will always know what information we collect, and how we use it.

Collection and Use of Personal Data: On the Site, we only store personal information relating to you with your permission.
