Server Vitualization is characterised by:
1. Abstraction of Server Resources like CPU, Memory, Network and other perpherals
2. Running multiple instances of Operating System/application environments
3. Minimizing Physical Hardware/Driver dependencies with uniform BIOS and driver combination to make Servers Portable across hardware platforms
